COMPUTER REPAIR CHARGES FOR 2017 / 2018
On-Site PC Service Call:
Setup A New Pc System, Configure Home Networks, System Upgrades etc. We will locate and correct the problem(s) with your PC system at your home or business.
Upto 05 Miles Radius of Emneth: £40.00 per hour and £20 per half hour thereafter.
Upto 10 Miles Radius of Emneth: £45.00 per hour and £20 per half hour thereafter.
Upto 15 Miles Radius of Emneth: £50.00 per hour and £20 per half hour thereafter.
Off-Site PC Service Call Fixed Fee:
Virus Infection, Operating System Faults, Blue Screen Errors, Annual Service etc. We will collect the pc system from your location and return it to our workshop where we will then assess and attempt to fix any issues which are found.
We will contact you with a price for any parts the system may need to fix the issues before we proceed any further. If you then agree with the quote we will go ahead with the repairs and return the system to you when completed.
We offer a fixed fee repair based on your location from our workshop which also includes a system service as standard.

Upto 15 Miles Radius of Emneth: £65.00 per system (does not include any required parts)
If we service multiple pc's from you at the same time a 20% discount will be applied.
*The above prices include the cost of collecting and returning the system to you.
OUR "NO FIX = NO FEE" POLICY:
Our No Fix = No Fee policy means that if we cannot resolve the problem, then no charge is made.
If we can however repair your pc system by purchasing additional parts (motherboard, hard drive etc) but are prevented from doing so by you requesting that we do not proceed with the repair, the standard service charge will still apply.
If we are able to repair your pc system, but are prevented from doing so because you do not possess the required software, drivers or product key, then the standard service charge will still apply.
We will provide a full report on any failed component(s), if you then decide not to proceed with the repair or replacement of these components, then the standard service charge will still apply.
