PC REPAIR SERVICE..
After a while your beloved PC will no doubt start to show its age and start to slow down or even worse - just give up!
A slow "sluggish" PC can be caused by a number of things, from not removing old software properly to faulty components starting to let you know they are about to fail (so it's a good idea to replace them before this happens) or simply you do not have enough memory (RAM) in your PC to cope with todays memory hungry programs.
If you are thinking about upgrading the amount of memory in your PC, we have included a link to the left which will take your to Crucial Memory (excellent and cheap provider) they also do an online scan of your PC to make sure you get the proper memory suitable for your PC - well worth having a look to see how much a RAM upgrade would cost you.
Our PC Repair service is unlike the high street shops where you have to spend your valuable time trying to find a parking space near the shop to take your PC to be repaired or serviced. Why not save your valuable time and give us a call as WE COME TO YOU!
COST..
Don't be overcharged by the big shops asking for over £70 just to have a look at your PC! We charge a fee of £35 (within a 10 mile radius of Wisbech otherwise £40), to come to your home or premises and identify what is wrong with your PC - if the repair takes more than an hour we then charge £15 per each additional 30 minutes. Luckily as most faults are usually located within the first hour this would be pretty unusual. As we always say.. NO FIX - NO FEE so if for some odd reason we cannot get your machine back working again then you pay nothing. Where we identify that a viral infection has caused problems we normally require to take your PC back to our workshop which will let us have a closer look at the problems so we can remove the infections properly. We then return the PC to you (it works out even cheaper for you this way as there is a 20% discount for repairs carried out in the workshop). Viral infection removal where we have to take your PC back to the workshop is limited to a maximum charge of £49.00
We will recommend what parts are needing replaced and give you a quote for how much this will then cost you - it is then entirely upto you whether you then go ahead with the repair or not.
If we have the required parts in stock we will then (with your consent) complete the repair or, if you would prefer us to take your PC back to our workshop and await the parts to arrive this is no problem. Any parts we do not carry can be obtained usually within 48 hours so you will not be without your beloved PC for too long!
SERVICES..
If your PC will not boot up, or if your system is infected with a virus, there is a beeping sound or showing you the dreaded "blue screen of death" our engineers should be able to take care of the problems. Windows 7 now also has a "black screen of death" so much for progress!
Sometimes you may wish to have a hard drive upgrade to provide you with more storage or you may want more memory to make those new programmes run faster - we have the solution to make your PC do whatever you want it to do!
We can also offer your a complete system "service" which we would highly recommend you having at least once a year. We clear all the internal fans, remove the build up of dust and debris from inside the case, clean the keyboard, monitor etc and also make sure your system is running as fast as it should be. An annual service like this is only £35 and should take less than an hour.
If you are thinking of giving your PC away or selling it onto someone else we can also securely "sanitize" your hard drive which removes everything from the machine so your PC is left clean and with no trace of any personal information whatsoever - this is very important these days especially with the rise of identity theft!.
